Kelly ‎ -  Good Value We just finished bottling a batch of Piesporter. It tasted really good and it didnt have sediment in the bottom like other places we have gone. We skipped the labels but it was nice to have the corks and shrink wraps included in the price. The 100% juice is really good, we wont do the concentrate again because there is a big difference in quality. So if you are making wine do the middle quality level or higher. We started a batch of their high end red, should be good, time will see.

Don ‎ -  Half Corked? We have done several batches with the store over the past year and the wine has been great. We always label our wines Carpenter Reserve which initally made our friends raise an eyebrow when we served it. The equipment is much better than the last place we bottled, and the place is really clean. Overall a great place to make wine. 

Kim ‎ -  Good Wedding Wine James had a private bottling party for our wedding wine. It was a fun event and brought down our bar bill for the wedding. The custom labels with our names and the wedding date were a nice touch. We will be back for more...although we won't need the fancy labels ;P. Kim and Steven 

Maggie ‎ - Great Wine! James and Henry make the wine making experience a joy! Their extensive knowledge allows us to make wine (for a fraction of the cost) that tastes the same as ones we previously have bought at the LCBO. James suggested a chocolate cherry port when we were in bottling. We put on a batch and it has been a huge hit with our friends and family! The monthly newsletter that is sent out is informative and has some fantastic recipes in it. Thanks for making our experience an A+!
